We have just uploaded the Monthly Cost Tracker. This tracker allows you to Set Budgets for up to 10 Cost Lines and track the spend on them lines monthly. Are you managing Packaging, Electricity, P&P, Sundries, Travel etc, just simply enter in your monthly budgets for each of the cost lines and then each month add your total spend and see what you have left for the remainder of the year. This also allows you to adjust your budgets as you go to make sure you come in under budget at the end of the year.
This tracker is so easy to set up its unbelievable. Simply enter your 10 Cost Lines on the Summary Screen setup area, then jump to the Budget Tab and put in your monthly budgets for each cost line. Then you're done.... Seriously that's it... All you need to do then is update the Spend tab at the end of each month and you'll see what you've spent and how much you have left.
You also get a summary per month so you can see how your total costs are looking allowing you to reduce certain budgets for certain months if you start to overspend somewhere.
TIP - Why not enter your current spend halfway through a month to see how you're doing across all your cost lines; you've still got another few weeks then to increase or reduce your spending to come in under budget at the end of the month.
