It's the year 2020 and still we keep one of the most important and documents we need in retail in a filing cabinet. Switching to a Digital Excel Version of a Risk Assessment can save you lots of time re-doing an assessment, you can easily update it with more information each time you review and its safe from physical damage if you have it backed up.

Keep track of any changes and monitor your risks.
I can personally say this one got me over excited, it reminded me of the days of having to complete the paper-based Risk Assessments, where redo you add reviews, where do you put new control measures, then you must print it all over again and cover it in pencil comments.
